"Katrina has been providing a childminding service since August 2009 for my son. In that time, he has developed well both within nursery and out with, both of which are partly attributable to Katrina's input during his time with her. He enjoys his time there, playing with the other children, and has learned vital skills, such as sharing, using the toilet, asking properly, waiting to speak, manners etc. Katrina has always worked well with me to ensure he has been well looked after and there is continuity in the boundaries that we both set to ensure there is no friction, and maintains regular communication regarding his progress. I think that the communications book is a vital tool to ensuring any issues with childcare, progress, etc is caught early on, and I think that it has been well used during the time that I have used Katrina's services. "My son Josh was childminded by Katrina between June 2008 and June 2010. Josh greatly enjoyed his time not only with Katrina but also with her family and the dogs. A wide and varied range of activities were available for Josh to enjoy from days out to Blackness Castle, Christmas parties, cooking, planting seeds, outdoor play and indoor play. Katrina was always looking out for Josh’s best interests and would discuss any concerns straight away. Katrina is very approachable and flexible and is very willing to help out any time she can. Katrina is very fair and knows when the right time is to discipline. Josh was completely at ease with Katrina and had a lot of trust in Katrina. Katrina spent a lot of time building up a good relationship with Josh and they had a great time together. Josh never once complained to me that he was ever bored at Katrina’s. Katrina has a great sense of fun and is like a friend to the kids.

"Our daughter Sophie has been in Katrina's care for 2.5 years. Sophie has had a great time along the way. Katrina has always gone beyond what she needed too, on several occasions. With helping on odd occasion with my niece and Sophie on extra hours here and there. Sophie has some fantastic memories of the many outings they've gone on. Would highly recommend, if wasn't for us living so far away now and Sophie, starting a new school we would continue to use her service on holidays.
