You personal information is private and confidential and will not be passed onto a third party without your written permiision unless for use in an investigation by the appropriate authorities.

I may be asked to provide information including personal information with regard to child welfare by agencies, HM Customs & Excise or police. Should this happen then I will provide the requested information to them to assist in their investigations as and when necessary without your consent.

I work closely with the HM Customs & Excise with regard to Child Tax Credits and should you move on to a different childcare service, the HMCE will be informed that childminding services have ceased with myself. This is necessary to avoid benefit fraud and my services being misused.

You are required to provide a photograph of your child for my records. Failure to provide a photograph of your child then I will photograph your child to have a picture on their file. This will be done with or without your permission. This is to aid identification to the police should a child run away or is abducted.

Photographs of your children are used only for the following purposes: Identification, Proof of Activities and seeing progress in their development. Any photographs of your children will NOT be published on the internet or passed to a Third Party unless for the purposes stated above.

Freedom of Information: You may at anytime request to see your child's file however, some reasonable notice would be appreicated.

Please note: Your information will be held for upto 7 years for accounting purposes.
